Walking To The Waterline chronicles the whimsical romance and misadventures of a down and out television actor named Francis who returns to his hometown on the Jersey Shore, known for its sixty foot national landmark elephant. Unexpectedly, Francis finds refuge in embracing the people he has been avoiding.The film is the winner of the Jury Prize at the Atlantic Film Festival.
