Reading.
Writing. Revenge. Matthew Broderick plays Jim McAllister, a popular teacher and the student
government adviser at George Washington Carver High. Jim enjoys helping
his students mature and thinks he has a pretty good life — right up to
the moment he tangles with Tracy Flick (Reese Witherspoon), a determined
Little Miss Extracurricular gunning for the student body presidency. Cool,
intimidating Tracy runs unopposed until a peeved Jim convinces a popular,
dim-bulb football player (Chris Klein) to jump into the mix, seriously
upsetting her plans. This means war!
